Canning 101: Learning the Basics of Pressure Canning

Always wanted to preserve summer veggies from your garden or the Market? Never canned anything before?
In this Canning 101 Workshop, you will learn the basics of food preservation safety, supplies needed for canning and all about waterbath and pressure cooker canning. The fee is $20 and you will leave with a canned item of your own. Pressure gauge testing will also be available so come early and bring your pressure gauge if needed. Instructor will be Lisa Diese.
